Privacy Policy

How Strivon handles your personal data

Strivon respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

Strivon is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. We build websites and automation systems for entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. You can reach us by email at info@strivon.nl, by phone at 06 2191 9893, or via our website strivon.nl.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us yourself or that is technically needed to run our website. Specifically:

Contact form

When you use the contact form we process your name, company name (optional), email address, phone number, chosen subject and your message. This information is sent to us by email so we can respond to your request. It is not stored in a database on our website.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Technical data

Our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address for security and to keep the site running. Our website uses your browser's local storage only for functional purposes (for example to remember that you closed the newsletter pop-up). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we process your data and the legal basis

We only process your data for clear purposes and on a valid legal basis under the GDPR:

Contact form: to handle your question or request and to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).

Newsletter: to send you updates, based on your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Cookies and external resources

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We only use your browser's local storage for functional purposes. To display the site correctly, fonts and design libraries are loaded from external content delivery networks. When this happens, your IP address may be visible to those providers as a normal part of delivering the files. No tracking takes place through them on our behalf.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, your data is removed or anonymised.

Our automation services

Strivon offers automation systems (such as AutoMailer, Insights and Engage) to business clients. When a client uses these systems, personal data may be processed, for example business contact details, lead information, email addresses and the content of emails that are generated or received. This processing only takes place to deliver the service the client has asked for.

For this data, Strivon acts on the instructions of the client, who remains responsible for the data they enter. Data is processed on secure infrastructure with the help of trusted third-party providers, access credentials are stored in encrypted form, and clients can request deletion of their data. We do not sell personal data and only share it where it is needed to deliver the service.

Sharing data with third parties

We only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary to provide our services, to respond to you, or when we are legally required to do so. With providers who process data on our behalf we make the agreements required by law. We never sell your data.

How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access and encryption of sensitive credentials.

Your privacy rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The right to access your personal data.
The right to correct inaccurate data.
The right to have your data deleted.
The right to restrict processing.
The right to data portability.
The right to object to processing.
The right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@strivon.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
